Medford police on Wednesday arrested Orcutt on a charge of possession of heroin. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Edward Bryant Shelton, Jr., 30, no known address. Medford police Wednesday arrested Shelton on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Bill Wesley Spencer, Jr., 31, of the 400 block of Old Ferry Road, Shady Cove. Medford police Wednesday arrested Spencer on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation. Crime reports Theft — Medford police Wednesday responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in the 10 block of South Stage Road. The bike was valued at $2,000. Theft — Medford police Wednesday responded to a report of a theft of a GPS navigation system from a motor vehicle in the 2700 block of North Pacific Highway. The system was valued at $800. Theft — Medford police Tuesday responded to a report of two chainsaws, a blower, a drill, a grinder, pants and a gas container with gas stolen from a home in the 1300 block of Orchard Home Drive. The items were valued at $2,525.
