Medford police arrested Phelps Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and for felony warrants for meth possession, oxycodone possession, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and misdemeanor warrants for third-degree theft and first-degree trespassing. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday on $35,000 bail. Sexual Abuse — Ross Wayne Omlid, 50, of the 300 block of Oak Grove Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Omlid Thursday on felony charges of first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sexual penetration and first-degree rape. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on over $3 million bail. Court Appearance — Steven Clark Fuller Jr., 39, of the 24300 block of Highway 62, Trail. On Thursday, Fuller made his initial court appearance on a felony methamphetamine possession charge. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Attempted Theft — Dru Ceasar Boehme, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Boehme Thursday on felony charges of attempted first-degree theft and methamphetamine possession, misdemeanor charges of attempted fourth-degree assault, endangering another person, third-degree theft, harassment, two counts of resisting arrest, a felony warrant for meth possession, seven out-of-county warrants and for a parole violation on felony marijuana distribution, second-degree burglary and identity theft charges. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Austin Donald Ellsworth, 23, of the 400 block of Laurel Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Ellsworth Thursday on a felony charge of heroin possession, a misdemeanor charge of interfering with a police officer and for parole violation on a previous heroin distribution charge. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Sergey Jason Hice, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Hice Thursday on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession, a misdemeanor charge of possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance, felony warrants on heroin possession, first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and identity theft charges, and a probation violation on a previous first-degree burglary charge. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $135,000 bail. Felon in Possession of Firearm — Wade Lucas Withrow, 40, no known address. Oregon State police troopers arrested Withrow Thursday on a felony charge of felon in possession of a firearm and misdemeanor charges of providing false information in connection with the purchase of a firearm and unlawfully purchasing a firearm. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $13,000 bail. Court Appearance — Curtis Zane Parke, 34, of the 700 block of College Park Drive, Albany. On Thursday, Parke made his initial court appearance on felony charges of first- and second-degree burglary, methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of first-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Assault — Brandon George Call, 24, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Call Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $2,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — Medford police took a report of theft at 6:17 a.m. Thursday in the 700 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Items reported stolen included a laptop computer, Bushnell binoculars, Carhartt jacket, a jersey and a black cell phone. The loss was valued at $1,900. Theft — Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 3:26 p.m. Thursday in the 300 block of Holmes Avenue Medford. Items reported stolen included a 1911 Black Ops pistol and a 12-gauge Marine Magnum shotgun. The loss was valued at $1,400.
