Felony arrests Human trafficking — Blasius Myrai Ma Pridgen-Engle, 20, of Orange, California. Pridgen-Engle made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of trafficking a person, fourth-degree assault, prostitution and harassment. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Stephanie Sue Koontz, 32, of the 500 block of Fairmount Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Koontz on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of contraband and carrying a concealed weapon. She was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on her own recognizance. Fugitive — Monique Sarah Ferrell-Baker, 27, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Ferrell-Baker on a fugitive warrant out of Washington. She was lodged Sunday in jail on $250,000 bail. Drugs — Kayla Renee Jenkins, 31, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Jenkins on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on her own recognizance. Burglary — Brandon David Jones, 36, no known address. Phoenix police Monday arrested Jones on a charge of first-degree burglary. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Henry Maldonado, 34, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Maldonado on charges of possession of methamphetamine and heroin and for violating the conditions of his parole on a burglary conviction. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail. Identity theft — Crystal Carol Hoyt, 33, of the 400 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. Hoyt made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on two counts of identity theft and one count of second-degree forgery. She was booked Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Sebastian Jay Silva, 20, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Silva on a warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft — Jerret Paul Thiele, 30, of the 1400 block of Upper Applegate Road Applegate. Thiele made his initial court appearance Monday on a charge of first-degree theft. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Andrews Gallagher Norris, 29, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Norris on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for violating the conditions of his parole on a custody-violation conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Identity theft — Jeffrey Allan Lockard, 60, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Lockard on charges of identity theft, second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. He was lodged Monday in jail on $17,500 bail. Burglary — Alexandra Elizabeth Easley, 24, of the 3300 block of Wellington Drive, Medford. Easley made her initial court appearance Monday on charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree criminal trespass. She was booked Monday in jail and released. Identity theft — Howard Glen Keith, 42, of the 100 block of Taylor Street, Medford. Sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Keith on warrants charging him with three counts of identity theft, two counts of filing a false claim and one count of first-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in jail on $70,000 bail.
