A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Spugeon-Fanning on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she remained late Friday on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Austin Michael Hood, 24, of the 1200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Hood appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of cocaine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Richard John Bell II, 19, of the 7700 block of Belaire Way, White City. Bell appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of delivering marijuana. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Robert J. Dale Knight, 32, of the 400 block of Berrydale Avenue, Medford. Knight appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Tassaney Louise Mahoney, 24, of the 3800 block of Antelope Road, White City. Mahoney appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Jonnette Eileen LaFranchi, 39, of Marysville, Calif. LaFranchi appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Advertisement Drugs — Mark David Roche, 19, of the 200 block of South Shasta Street, Eagle Point. Roche appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with delivering amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft — Michael Thomas Gumaer, 27, of the 100 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Gumaer on a warrant charging him with first-degree theft and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Vehicle theft — Steven Scott Hice, 40, of the 7600 block of Wagner Creek Road, Talent. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Hice on charges of unlawful use of a vehicle and driving with a suspended license. He was lodged in jail and later released because of overcrowding. Crime reports Burglary — 800 block of South Riverside Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday took a report of a burglary in which a television and CB radio were stolen from a business and a window was damaged, resulting in a $200 loss.
