Emergency services, Dec. 18 Sunday Dec 18, 2016 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Drugs —Alexander J. Owens, 21, no known address. Medford police arrested Owens Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin, first-degree trespassing and third-degree theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Vehicle Theft — Brianna Lee Rodenberg, 19, of the 1500 block of Arlington Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Rodenberg Friday on felony warrants charging unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and methamphetamine possession, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Erika Eldeen Wingfield, 33, of the 1000 block of Cherry Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Wingfield Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of identity theft, possessing and distributing heroin and possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Drugs — John Thomas McCutcheon, 49, no known address. Medford police arrested McCutcheon Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine and second-degree theft, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous third-degree robbery conviction. He was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Drugs — James Brian Parker, 27, of the 3400 block of Bursell Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Parker Thursday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing methamphetamine, second-degree theft and first-degree trespassing, and on an out-of-county warrant for possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in the jail Saturday on $28,500 bail. Burglary — Joseph Warren Helderman, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Helderman Friday on a felony warrant charging first-degree burglary, a misdemeanor charge of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, misdemeanor warrants for second-degree criminal mischief and theft of services, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine, supplying contraband, providing false information to police, resisting arrest, and second-degree trespassing. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail. Vehicle Theft — Anthony Dominic Morse, 30, of the 1000 block of Spring Street, Medford. Central Point and Medford police arrested Morse Saturday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, first-degree theft, identity theft, possessing methamphetamine, reckless endangering, disorderly conduct and unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, and on an out-of-county warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous third-degree theft charge. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $87,500 bail. Assault — Richard Kelcy Conken, 18, of the first block of Dion Court, Shady Cove. Medford police arrested Conken Saturday on felony charges of second-degree assault and first-degree robbery. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $200,000 bail. Drugs — Matthew Stephen Atkinson, 24, of the 200 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Atkinson Saturday on a felony charge of possessing hydrocodone and on a sanction for violating his probation on a third-degree rape conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Ashley Marie Auger, 29, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Auger Saturday on a felony charge of possessing heroin and for violating her parole on a previous meth-distribution conviction. She was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Jason Alexander Reames, 39, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Reames Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and for violating his parole on a previous meth-distribution conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Megan Readonna Henning, 30, of the 900 block of Ross Lane, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Henning Saturday on felony warrants charging heroin and methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor warrant charging third-degree theft, and for failing to appear in court on previous charges of identity theft, first-degree theft and first-degree forgery. She was booked in the jail and released Saturday.   Crime report Vandalism — 800 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of vandalism to an excavator at 11:33 p.m. Friday. The damage to the excavator windows was valued at $1,000.
