Medford police Friday arrested Phelps on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for third-degree assault. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $7,500 bail. Drugs — Glenn Raymond Rock, 54, of the 2700 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Rock on charges of possession of heroin, a parole violation for first-degree burglary, and for failure to appear for second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail on $13,000 bail. Drugs — Eva Jean Marie Pilcher, 20, of the 400 block of Pomona Ave, Oroville, Calif. Medford police Friday arrested Pilcher on charges of possession of heroin and second-degree theft. She was booked in jail and released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Joshua Brian Woltmon, 27, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Woltmon on charges of two counts of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree trespassing. He was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail. Warrant — Wendy Lee Rose, 27, of the 700 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday arrested Rose on an out-of-county warrant charging her with possession of methamphetamine and for failure to appear for third-degree theft. She was booked in jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — David Jonathan Smith, 34, of the 2100 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Smith on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for distribution of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail on $7,500 bail. Drugs — Ryan Stewart Lausmann, 28, of the 600 block of Midway Road, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Lausmann on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for failure to appear for possession of heroin, two counts of possession of methamphetamine, driving while suspended and two counts of forgery. He was booked in jail and released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Angela Ray Peters, 23, of the 100 block of Fern Valley Road, Medford. Medford police and Oregon State Police troopers Saturday arrested Peters on charges of possession of heroin and a Schedule II controlled substance and for failure to appear for two counts of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree theft and theft of services. She was booked in jail and released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Jason Paul Osborne Jr., 30, no known address. Talent police Saturday arrested Osborne on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was booked in jail and released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Pedro Villagrana, 41, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Saturday arrested Villagrana on charges of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree trespassing. He was booked in jail and released because of overcrowding.
