Emergency services, May 7 Sunday May 7, 2017 at 12:03 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Levi Michael Jonathan Wear, 29, no known address. Medford police arrested Wear Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, on misdemeanor charges of unlawfully entering a motor vehicle and second-degree theft and for violating his parole on a previous meth-possession conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Saturday without bail. Robbery — Christian Joseph Raymond Fort, 26, of the 400 block of Phyllis Drive, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Fort Friday on a felony charge of third-degree robbery, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft, on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possessing a stolen vehicle and possessing heroin, and for violating his parole on a methamphetamine possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Alissa Noel McIntosh, 23, of the first block of Scholarship Way, Medford. Medford police arrested McIntosh Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, on misdemeanor charges of reckless endangering and reckless driving, and for violating her parole on a previous heroin possession conviction. She remained lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Drugs — Charles Christopher Forsythe, 43, of the 200 block of Berrydale Avenue Medford. Medford police arrested Forsythe Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. He was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Joseph Emanuel Ledbetter, 20, no known address. Medford police arrested Ledbetter Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of interfering with police and for violating terms of his supervised probation on a prior meth-possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Hindering Prosecution — Robin Marie Antognazzi, 48, of the 200 block of Chestnut Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Antognazzi Friday on a felony charge of hindering prosecution, and on misdemeanor charges of interfering with police and improper use of 911. She was booked in the jail Friday and released Saturday on her own recognizance. Elude — Matthew Stephen Atkinson, 25, of the 6400 block of Wilson Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Atkinson Friday on a felony charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle and possessing heroin, misdemeanor charges of reckless driving, driving while suspended, attempting to elude police on foot and felon in possession of a restricted weapon, on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, failing to register his address as a sex offender, possessing heroin and hydrocodone, reckless driving, driving while suspended, violating a no-contact order, and on an out-of-county warrant on a third-degree rape charge.  He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $140,000 bail. Burglary — Alex James Gumaer, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Gumaer Saturday on felony counts of first-degree burglary and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief, first-degree trespassing, harassment and violating a no-contact order. He remained lodged in jail Saturday on $70,000 bail. Drugs — Jeffrey Howard Wells, 52, of the 2300 block of East Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Wells Saturday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday because of overcrowding. Assault — Kenneth Lynn Lane, 50, of the 1200 block of Ross Lane, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Lane Saturday on a felony charge of second-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of fourth-degree assault. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $107,500 bail. Marijuana Import/Export — Bin Zhu, 33, of Federal Way, Washington. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Zhu Saturday on a felony charge of unlawfully importing or exporting marijuana. He was booked in the jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Burglary — Steven Daniel Hellervik, 33, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Hellervik Saturday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $12,500 bail. Drugs — Jose Martin Zamora, 26, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Zamora Saturday on a felony warrant charging him with possessing heroin, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $35,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 1000 block of Medford Center, Medford. Medford police took a report of a fraudulently negotiated checks at 10:26 a.m. Friday. The loss was valued at $1,143. Theft — 1600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of stolen women's underwear at 7:19 p.m. Friday. Items reported stolen included $4,400 worth of bralettes in various colors, two push-up bras and a pair of panties. The loss was valued at $4,536.
