Central Point police arrested McClanahan Tuesday on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. She was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, then released because of crowded conditions. Theft — Timothy Micheal Spencer, 31, of the 300 block of Sunset Court, Medford. Central Point police arrested Spencer on two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle and charges of first-degree theft, being a felon in possession of a weapon, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and parole violation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $40,000 bail. Theft — Kristina Loiuse Pinner, 25, of the 800 block of Ellendale Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Pinner on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. She was lodged in jail, then released because of crowded conditions. Drugs — Victor Manuel Osegura, 26, of the 1900 block of Marsh Lane, Medford. Medford police arrested Osegura Tuesday on a charge of possession of amphetamines and warrants charging him with failure to appear on past assault, harassment and drunken driving charges. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $13,000 bail. Drugs — Brenda Kay Banuelos, 30, of the 1800 block of Marsh Lane, Medford. Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Banuelos Tuesday on charges of possession and delivery of amphetamines. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Tuesday night on $15,000 bail. Drugs — Jose Albert Garza, 32, of Lindsay, Calif. Oregon State Police stopped to help a disabled motorist on Interstate 5 and found the driver had a parole violation warrant out of California. When he agreed to a search, troopers and a police dog found drugs and weapons. Garza was arrested on the outstanding warrant and charges of possessing amphetamines, being a felon in possession of a weapon and carrying a concealed gun. He was lodged in jail without bail. Advertisement Burglary — Andrew Caucutt, 40, no address listed. Medford police arrested Caucutt Tuesday on four counts each of second-degree burglary and second-degree theft, and charges of first-degree theft and third-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $42,000 bail. Drugs — John Allan Parker Sr., 51, of the first block of Dion Court, Shady Cove. Parker appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with possessing amphetamines, driving under the influence of intoxicants and carrying a concealed gun. He was booked into jail and released. Bomb — Brahm Forrest Deschaux, 28, of the 900 block of Cedar Way, Ashland. Deschaux appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with possession of a destructive device. He was booked into jail and released. Theft — Shonna Lee Coleman-George, 29, of the 2300 block of Hadley Circle, White City. Coleman-George appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging her with first- degree theft and unauthorized use of a vehicle. She was booked into jail and released.
