Emergency services, Jan. 7 Saturday Jan 7, 2017 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Identity Theft — Ryan Lawrence Byrne, 38, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Byrne Friday on additional felony charges of identity theft, and first-degree theft, and on new misdemeanor charges of fraudulent use of a credit card, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and second-degree criminal mischief. Medford police originally arrested Byrne Dec. 29 on a felony meth-possession charge, and on warrants for failing to appear on previous burglary and theft charges. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday on $142,500 bail. Vehicle Theft — William Joseph Paris Shepard, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Shepard Thursday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of mail theft, possessing methamphetamine and heroin, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and first- and second-degree criminal mischief, and for violating his parole on a previous third-degree rape conviction. He remained lodged in the jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Holly Hope Hopkins, 24, of the 200 block of Barker Drive, Merlin. Medford police arrested Hopkins Thursday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of driving while suspended, possessing a Schedule III controlled substance and driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday on her own recognizance. Burglary — Lynn Del Langdon, 28, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Langdon Friday on a felony charge of second-degree burglary, and on misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Friday on $20,000 bail. Drugs — Linzi Brianne Deavilla, 27, of the 7600 block of Coloma Street, White City. On Friday, Deavilla made her initial appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance. Assault — Jacob Lane Cloud, 35, of the 300 block of Salter Lane, Prospect. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Cloud Friday on felony warrants charging him with fourth-degree assault and possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor warrants charging him with fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail Saturday on $12,500 bail. Drugs — Jan Leslie Schilder, 57, of the 400 block of St. Clair Way, Eagle Point. On Friday, Schilder made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Alejandro Meza, 22, of the 7700 block of Hale Way, White City. On Friday, Meza made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Naseef Elias Ashker, 25, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Ashker Friday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, and a misdemeanor charge of violating a restraining order and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of menacing and resisting arrest. He was lodged in jail Friday on $19,000 bail. Burglary — Lisa Nichole Burkett, 38, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Burkett Friday on felony charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Friday on $27,500 bail. Rape — Bryan Scott Bostic, 28, no known address. Medford police arrested Bostic Friday on felony charges of third-degree rape and second-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Friday on $15,000 bail. Crime report Theft — 100 block of North Front Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 3:57 p.m. Friday. A Pioneer car stereo unit was reported stolen, and the loss was valued at $1,100.
