Delphyn Bebb Biggs Comment MailTribune.com Writer Posted Nov. 16, 2014 at 2:00 AM Posted Nov. 16, 2014 at 2:00 AM » Social News Delphyn Bebb Biggs of Oberlin, Kans. passed away unexpectedly Thursday, November 6, 2014. Delphyn was born June 10, 1931 in Almena, Kans. to Dale and Catherine (Clason) Bebb. Delphyn was raised in northwest Kansas and Oregon. She graduated from Grants Pass High School of Oregon in 1949, and earned a Beautician's License in Medford, Ore. in 1950. Delphyn married Earl Biggs in February 1963 in Reno, Nev. They lived in Grants Pass, Ore., and in Redwood City, Stockton, and Ceres, Calif. She worked as a beautician, bank teller, and Realtor/Broker. They moved to Oberlin, Kans. in August 1989. Earl died in February 1990 in Kearney, Neb. Delphyn loved cats, cooking, hard candy, visits from her family and friends, antiques, shopping, and talking on the telephone. Delphyn is survived by her sister, Dixie (Garrett) Kinser; niece, BJ (Jack) Mathis; nephews, Richard, James, and John (Young) Addington, all of Medford, Ore.; and many more family and friends. Delphyn was predeceased by her husband, Earl Biggs, and parents, Dale and Catherine Bebb. Please send memorial donations to your local Humane Society.
