Felony arrests Coercion — Peter John Donahue, 53, of the 2000 block of Hyatt Prairie Road, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Donahue Monday on a felony warrant charging him with coercion. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released Monday after posting bail. Contraband — Ashley Dawn Smith, 29, of the 2600 block of Falcon Street, White City. Medford police arrested Smith Tuesday on a felony charge of supplying contraband, a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possessing meth. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Caitlin Leslie Schilder, 37, of the 3700 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force and Medford police arrested Schilder Tuesday on felony charges of delivering and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous driving while suspended charge. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday after posting bail. Child Pornography — Leonard John Lords, 56, of the 2900 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested lords Tuesday on felony warrants charging him with first- and second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse and first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $500,000 bail. Crime reports Vandalism — 800 block of South Oakdale Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of graffiti to a wall at 6:44 a.m. Tuesday. The damage was valued at $500. Theft — 1100 block of Diamond Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 9:35 a.m. Tuesday. Two coffee cards were reported stolen. The loss and damage to the vehicle’s sliding door window was valued at $155. Theft — 2200 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police took a report of doors jammed open and damaged at 9:51 a.m. Tuesday. The damage was valued at $2,500. Theft — 500 block of East Main Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen backpack containing clothes and an Oregon Trail card. The loss was valued at $200. Theft — 1100 block of Stowe Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of two smartphones taken from a vehicle at 10:58 a.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $90. Theft — 500 block of Parsons Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 1:27 p.m. Tuesday. Items reported stolen included a pair of prescription glasses, keys, bank cards, a hat and cash and checks. The loss was valued at $221.
