Emergency services, Oct. 9 Sunday Oct 8, 2017 at 6:01 PM Oct 8, 2017 at 6:50 PM Felony arrests Weapon — Daniel Oliver Fullmer, 42, of the 400 block of Manzanita Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Fullmer Saturday on charges of felon in possession of a restricted weapon, methamphetamine possession and attempting to elude police. He was released from the Jackson County Jail due to overcrowding. Drugs — Richard Michael Espinoza, 32, of the 2900 block of Island Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Espinoza Saturday on charges of manufacture of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine and a possession of methamphetamine parole violation. He was lodged in jail with no bail on the parole violation charge. Fugitive — Kent Duane Foster, 36, of Yuba, California. Medford police arrested Foster Sunday on a charge of methamphetamine possession and for allegedly being a fugitive wanted in California. He was lodged in jail without bail for allegedly being a fugitive. Sex offender — Joshua Lee Sandusky, 39, no known address. Medford police arrested Sandusky Sunday on charges of failure to register as a sex offender and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail with no bail on the parole violation. Crime reports Burglary — Medford police responded Saturday to a report of a burglary to a home in the 3400 block of Eucalyptus Drive, Medford. Items reported stolen included cameras, a laptop, an iPad, a necklace and two watches. The loss was estimated at $13,600.
