Emergency services, Dec. 18 Monday Dec 18, 2017 at 8:32 AM Felony Arrests Weapons — Abdul Hahson Blair, 25, of the 700 block of Welch Street, Medford. Medford police Saturday added a charge of felony weapon possession. He remained in Jackson County Jail on bail of $57,000. Theft — Melanie Jean Cox, 35, of the 2000 block of Grape Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Cox on charges first-degree theft, two counts of first-degree forgery and two counts of third-degree forgery. Cox was booked into jail and released.
