A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday added charges of first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree sodomy and first-degree unlawful penetration against Williams, who was jailed Sept. 4 on a charge of second-degree rape. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $3 million bail. Drugs — Deborah Lynn Dunlap, 54, of the 6400 block of Downing Road, Central Point. A sheriff’s deputy Wednesday arrested Dunlap on charges of manufacturing marijuana, delivering marijuana, possessing marijuana and contempt. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Tuesday on $75,000 bail. Drugs — Daniel Scott Marshall, 33, of the 500 block of Briarwood Drive, Central Point. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Marshall on charges of manufacturing amphetamines, delivering amphetamines and possessing amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $25,000 bail. Drugs — Michael David Wellan, 34, no known address. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy late Monday arrested Wellan on a charge of possession of hashish. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $10,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 1100 block of Mill Creek Drive, Prospect. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report of a theft in which a six-wheeled vehicle, a generator and miscellaneous tools valued at $10,000 were stolen from a construction site. Theft — 3000 block of Merriman Road, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a theft in which a stereo amplifier, speakers and other items valued at $1,155 were taken from a vehicle. Burglary — 100 block of Third Street, Talent. A Talent police officer Monday took a report of a burglary in which someone entered a residence and stole a DVD player valued at $60.
