Central Point police arrested Sartin Monday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine, distributing methamphetamine and attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of interfering with police, second-degree disorderly conduct and second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Dominique Ashton Esqueda, 23, of the 3200 block of Avenue A, White City. Medford police arrested Esqueda Tuesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended. She was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Assault — Andrew Scott Dwyer, 25, of the 200 block of North Peach Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Dwyer Tuesday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and misdemeanor charges of interfering with a report and harassment. He was lodged in jail Tuesday without bail. Court Appearance — Heather Nicole James, 30, of the 100 block of Wilderville Lane, Grants Pass. On Tuesday, James made her initial court appearance on felony charges of methamphetamine possession, oxycodone possession, possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and a misdemeanor charge of possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Court Appearance — Earl John Wilson Jr., 35, of the 800 block of Golf View Drive, Medford. On Tuesday, Wilson made his initial court appearance on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Curt Ray Guilbeaux, 36, of the 300 block of Wilson Road, Central Point. On Tuesday, Guilbeaux made his initial court appearance on felony charges of methamphetamine and heroin possession, and on a misdemeanor charge of first-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — Medford police took a report of a stolen Novara Strada road bike with accessories at 12:39 p.m. Monday in the 3000 block of Crystal Mountain Avenue. The loss was valued at $1,600. Theft — Medford police took a report of a stolen Trek 2000 road bike at 3:25 p.m. Monday in the 2400 block of Senate Way. The loss was valued at $1,700.
