Email Story to a Friend June 17, 2006 People in business Rogue Federal Credit Union promoted Heston Charlton to special services, succeeding Kerrie Davis, who held the position for 13 years. He will manage collection of loans, transaction accounts, loss prevention and recovery. Charlton has been with RFCU for more than five years as a special services counselor. Charlton previously worked for Pocahy Family Credit Union in Idaho before moving to Southern Oregon. u Mary Lou Brophy has opened a private psychotherapy practice in the Center of Health Building, 2612 E. Barnett Road. Brophy became a licensed pyschotherapist in 1981 and has been a licensed professional counselor in Oregon since 2003. Brophy previously lectured and performed psychotherapy at Genesis Recovery Center. She recently volunteered for five weeks in Africa and has twice been part of television station KOBI's "Doctors on Call" segment. Brophy has extensive experience in grief and bereavement counseling and is a WinterSpring volunteer. Stewart was most recently with Day Wireless Systems. Two years ago she was a real estate advertising executive for the Daily Tidings and Mail Tribune.
