Boone was transferred Tuesday from the Juvenile Justice Center to the Jackson County Jail on two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, second-degree sodomy and second-degree unlawful sexual penetration. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $1 million bail. Theft — Kathy Moeller Herried, 52, of the 2100 block of Hill Way, Medford. Herried appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with aggravated first-degree theft. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Assault — Rollin Reid Bradford, 55, no known address. A Phoenix police officer Tuesday arrested Bradford on warrants charging him with second-degree assault, third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and failure to appear in court. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $73,000 bail. Stalking order violation — William Hugh Snyder, 37, no known address. A Rogue River police officer Tuesday arrested Snyder on a charge of violating a stalking order. He was lodged in jail without bail. Crime reports Theft — Atlantic Avenue and Avenue A, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report of a theft in which $3,300 worth of tools were stolen from a vehicle. Burglary — 673 South Stage Road, Medford. A sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report of a burglary in which items were stolen from a garage.
