Nealy's 75 earns victory in SOC golf PREP ROUNDUP ROSEBURG -- Johnna Nealy's 3-over-par 75 paced Grants pass to a one-stroke victory over Roseburg in the weekly Southern Oregon Conference girls golf tournament at Roseburg Country Club. Nealy trailed Roseburg's Julie Baylis by three shots and North Medford's Tai Kinney by one at the turn. But the Grants Pass sophomore registered a 1-under 35 on the back nine. Kinney finished with an 80 and Baylis fell back to third with an 82 total. Roseburg Country Club recently underwent modification, reworking four holes and making No. 10 a Par 5. Shawna Jackson led St. Mary's, going 3-for-4 with four runs, while Brophy had three runs and three RBIs in a 3-for-4 performance. Brie DeArmond, who scored two runs, and Kelly Munro, who had three RBIs, each chipped in with a 2-for-3 performance for St. Mary's. Meghan Maurer had three RBIs on the day.
