Medford police arrested Salva Tuesday on felony charges of aggravated first-degree theft and second-degree burglary. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday and released on his own recognizance. Rape — Levi William Roberts, 18, of the 900 block of Village Circle, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Roberts Tuesday on felony charges of first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree sexual penetration. He was lodged in jail Tuesday on $50,000 bail. Drug Possession — Alexander J. Owens, 21, of the 2300 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Owens Wednesday on felony charges of heroin possession, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing and third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released on his own recognizance. Aggravated Theft — Joshua Laurence Stuber, 34, of the 2000 block of Campus Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Stuber Wednesday on a felony warrant charging aggravated first-degree theft, a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous contempt charge and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree theft conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Forgery — Ira Dean Carney, 57, no known address. Medford police arrested Carney Wednesday on felony warrants charging first-degree forgery, first-degree possession of a forged instrument and methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $5,000 bail. Drug Possession — Tyler Ryan Maxwell, 25, of the 2400 block of Terrmont Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Maxwell Wednesday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and for violating his parole on a previous felony weapons conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Vehicle Theft — Robin Lorraine Carson, 38, of the 4200 block of Tami Lane, Central Point. Medford police arrested Carson Wednesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and methamphetamine possession. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $17,500 bail. Drug Possession — Michael Dale Webb, 47, no known address. Medford police arrested Webb Wednesday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail. Drug Possession — Kyle James Ludlow, 28, of the 1800 block of Hibiscus Street, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Ludlow Wednesday on a felony warrant charging methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in jail Wednesday on $15,000 bail. Crime report Vandalism — Medford police took a report of vandalism at 2:05 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of North Keene Way Drive. Roofing pieces were reportedly removed from a building, and windows on three vehicles were damaged. The damage was valued at $2,300. Theft/Vandalism — Medford police took a report of theft from a vehicle at 6:56 a.m. Wednesday in the 2500 block of Bel Abbes Avenue. A vehicle's car stereo unit was reported stolen, and the vehicle's dash was reported damaged. The loss and damage were valued at $1,619. Vandalism — Medford police took a report of vandalism at 10:37 a.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of South Riverside Avenue. A vehicle's driver-side door was reportedly dented. The damage was valued at $1,500.
