Talent police on Monday arrested Vicino on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, harassment and menacing. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, then released Monday after posting bail. Drugs — Timothy Alan Strawn, 37, of the 300 block of Orr Street, Central Point. Strawn made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession, manufacturing and distribution of amphetamines. He was processed at the Jackson County Jail, then released Monday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Jennifer Denise Brown, 32, of Federal Way, Wash. Brown made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of cocaine. She was processed at the Jackson County Jail, then released on her own recognizance. Drugs — John Daniel Berkey, 40, of the 9900 block of Blackwell Road, Central Point. Berkey made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging hinm with possession of amphetamines. He was processed at the Jackson County Jail, then released on his own recognizance. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 93 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its court-ordered cap of 190 inmates. Of those, 46 were released before their scheduled court appearances, and 47 were released for other reasons.
