SOU women down Patten OAKLAND, Calif. -- Nada Janackovic and Denise Berry combined for 52 points to lead Southern Oregon to an 84-51 women's basketball victory over Patten Friday. "It was a good start," SOU coach Shirley Huyett said. "We still have some things to work on, but our defensive intensity was really good." The Raiders forced 44 turnovers in the game and led 46-29 at halftime. Janackovic led the team with 27 points, seven steals and five rebounds, and Berry added 25 points and five rebounds.
