Ashland police arrested Williams Thursday on additional felony charges including four counts of possessing a Schedule I controlled substance, a count of distributing a Schedule I controlled substance and a count of first-degree theft, misdemeanor charges including two counts each of second- and third-degree theft, seven counts of unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and nine counts of second-degree trespassing. Ashland police originally arrested Williams Wednesday on a misdemeanor charge of violating a no-contact order and for violating his probation on a previous fourth-degree assault conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Thursday without bail. Vehicle Theft — James Timothy Hollister, 27, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Hollister Wednesday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle and methamphetamine possession, and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Unlawful Use of a Weapon — Meagan Patrice Fuller, 38, of the 500 block of Hemlock Avenue, Central Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies and the Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Fuller Wednesday on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanor charges including three counts of menacing, a count of driving while suspended, two counts of felon in possession of a weapon, a sanction charging parole violation on a previous methamphetamine distribution conviction and detainers charging probation violation on two convictions for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $40,000 bail. Theft — Stephanie Rayann Wilson, 30, of the 200 block of Cheryl Lane, Phoenix. Medford police arrested Wilson Thursday on a felony warrant charging first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Drugs — Melinda Noel Blyly, 25, of the 2500 block of Terrmont Street, White City. Rogue River police arrested Blyly Thursday on a felony charge of heroin possession, and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous oxycodone possession charge. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Christopher B. Nelson, 31, of the 700 block of Park Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Nelson Thursday on a felony charge of heroin possession. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Burglary — Kacey Allen Smith, 26, of the 1000 block of Olympic Avenue, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Smith Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree burglary and misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing and failure to register his address as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released because of overcrowding. Court Appearance — Kristin Lynn Kinsey, 42, of the 6300 block of Harold Road, Central Point. On Thursday, Kinsey made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and misdemeanor charges of second- and third-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Court Appearance — Jeffrey Vernell Couick, 57, of the 300 block of Pine Cone Drive, Cave Junction. On Thursday, Couick made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Lana Jane Walker, 33, no known address. Medford police arrested Walker Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and on two warrants charging failure to appear in court on two previous first-degree theft charges. She was lodged in jail Thursday on $15,000 bail. Court Appearance — Kristopher Douglas Green, 35, of the 100 block of Sharon Drive, Phoenix. On Thursday, Green made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Sarah Ann Mitchell, 35, of the 100 block of Sharon Drive, Phoenix. On Thursday, Mitchell made her initial court appearance on felony charges of first-degree theft and methamphetamine possession, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Troy Aaron Behnke, 20, of the 3300 block of Cadet Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Behnke Thursday on felony charges of methamphetamine possession, first-degree theft and theft of lost property. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $20,000 bail.
