Jackson County sheriff's deputies Friday arrested Vogel on an added charge of aggravated harassment. He remained lodged in Jackson County Jail on bail of $207,500. Identity Theft — James Nicolas Vance, 23, of the 100 block of S. Orange St., Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Vance on a charge of identity theft, a parole violation. He was jailed without bail. Sex Offender — Tommy Lee Alan Forsythe Jr., 24, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Forsythe on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender. He was jailed on bail of $7,500.
