Medford police arrested Shearer Tuesday on three counts of identity theft, and charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, second-degree forgery, second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $25,000 bail. Theft — Baback Khosro Khosroabadi, 23, of Tarzana, Calif. Ashland police arrested Khosroabadi Tuesday on warrants charging him with two counts each of first-degree theft and second-degree burglary, as well as a charge of aggravated first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $55,000 bail. Drugs — Kevin Robert Petsche, 22, of the 100 block of Access Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Petsche Tuesday on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Kathryn Gayle Pabst, 49, no address listed. Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Pabst Tuesday on two counts each of possession and delivery of marijuana. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Tuesday night on $60,000 bail. Forgery — Aaron Marshall Dewett, 27, of the 3800 block of Galls Creek Road, Gold Hill. Dewett appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with first-degree forgery and first-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released. Theft — Skipper Samuel Magee, 54, of the 2000 block of Hybiscus Street, Medford. Magee appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with two counts of first- degree theft. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Angelo Benjamin Bramucci, 26, of the 200 block of Corcoran Lane, Central Point. Bramucci appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Richard Davis Minter, 35, of the 2000 block of Lenora Lane, Central Point. Minter appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail.
