Graffiti tags in Medford Feb 18, 2015 12:00 AM A A SUR 13: Surenos, Spanish for Southerners, is a large street/prison gang that was founded in California and has ties to the Mexican Mafia prison gang. It now exists throughout the U.S. Blue is its traditional color.
