Dubbelman appeared Wednesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with fourth-degree felony assault and fourth-degree assault. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Jimmeny Francis Brennan, 36, of the 1100 block of Stevens Street, Medford. Brennan appeared Wednesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft — Bryan James Rich, 28, no known address. Medford police Wednesday arrested Rich on two counts of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $30,000 bail. Theft — Hans Christian Polak, 22, of the 400 block of Clinton Street, Ashland. A Jackson County sheriff's deputy Wednesday arrested Polak on charges of first-degree aggravated theft, two counts of second-degree burglary and unlawful use of a motor vehicle. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $25,000 bail. Drugs — William Blaine Ternan, 48, no known address. A sheriff's deputy Wednesday arrested Ternan on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Wednesday on $8,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 1500 block of Cypress Point, Medford. Medford police Wednesday took a report in which a CD player, amplifier and sub woofer were stolen from a vehicle. The total value of the items was $950. Theft — 1400 block of Poplar Drive, Medford. Medford police Wednesday took a report in which a CD player, radio and ski boots were stolen from a vehicle.
