Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend March 19, 2005 Emergency Services Felony arrests Drugs, theft, weapons — Jerald Dean Collins Jr., 52, of the 8200 block of Highway 238, Jacksonville. Collins appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with two counts of first-degree theft, two counts of amphetamine possession, three counts of being a felon in possession of a weapon, manufacturing or delivering a controlled substance near a school, altering a weapon identification number and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Friday on $50,000 bail. Theft — Pamela Nicole Miles, 21, of the 1300 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. Miles appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with two counts of first-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Raymond James Morris, 18, of the 100 block of Crocker Street, Ashland. An Ashland police officer Friday arrested Morris on charges of amphetamine possession, second-degree theft and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail Forgery — Brandy Danielle Odle, 31, of the 1500 block of West Main Street, Medford. Odle appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree forgery, second-degree forgery and cheating. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Kevin Wayne Jackson, 40, of the 3600 block of Avenue G, White City. Jackson appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with amphetamine possession and failure to appear in court. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — John Richard Lohman, 38, of the 900 block of Beekman Avenue, Medford. Lohman appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with amphetamine possession. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Advertisement Drugs — Kathleen Ann Gilliam, 25, of the 900 block of Beekman Avenue, Medford. Gilliam appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with amphetamine possession. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Sarah Arrowsmith Eppel, 30, of Corvallis. Eppel appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with amphetamine possession. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Crime reports Vandalism — Police on Friday received several reports of vehicles in east and northeast Medford that had tires slashed late Thursday night or early Friday, Lt. Mike Moran said. Vandals slashed tires on at least 25 vehicles in several locations including parking lots at Food 4 Less and Toys ‘R’ Us on Biddle Road, as well as along Morrow Drive, Royal Court and Poplar Drive, Moran said. Anyone with information about the identity of the vandals is asked to phone Medford police at 770-4783.
