Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend September 24, 2005 Emergency Services Felony arrests Drugs — Brandy Lee Buckmaster, 30, of the 800 block of Oak Street, Medford. Jacksonville police Thursday arrested Buckmaster on charges of possession of methamphetamine, attempting to elude police and a probation violation. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Glenn Raymond Rock, 42, of the 2700 block of Orchard Home Drive, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Friday arrested Rock on charges of attempting to elude police, possession of methamphetamine, driving with a suspended license and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Theft, identity theft, forgery — Regina Clare Ragus, 19, of the 5600 block of Cherry Lane, Medford. Ragus appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft, five counts of identity theft, first-degree forgery and second-degree forgery. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Burglary — Kyle Logan Lambert, 19, of the 2300 block of Kameran Lane, Medford. Lambert appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Tracy Sue Kendall, 36, of the 600 block of Dakota Street, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Kendall on charges of possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, manufacturing methamphetamine, delivery of a controlled substance near a school, manufacturing a controlled substance near a school and a probation violation. She was lodged in jail without bail. Theft, burglary — Oscar Espinoza, 29, no known address. Medford police Friday arrested Espinoza on two counts of first-degree theft, second-degree burglary and two probation violations. He was lodged in jail without bail. Advertisement Theft, drugs — James Edward Giles, 51, of the 200 block of North Second Street, Talent. Medford police Friday arrested Giles on charges of possession of methamphetamine, conspiracy to commit theft and two counts of first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday in lieu of $20,000 bail. Injury accidents Sheriff’s deputies responded late Thursday to a single-vehicle crash near the 14000 block of Obenchain Road in Eagle Point. Cherin Rene Ingraham, 38, was driving north on Obenchain Road when her car veered off the road and rolled over. She and her two sons were transported by Mercy Flights Ambulance to Rogue Valley Medical Center in Medford. Her sons, Paul Ingraham, 15, and Jack Blaydes, 10, were treated for serious injuries. Paul Ingraham remained hospitalized late Friday in fair condition. Ingraham was later booked into jail on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants and released on her own recognizance.
