Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Cortesdiaz Thursday on felony charges of second-degree burglary, first-degree theft and first-degree criminal mischief, and on two misdemeanor counts of second-degree trespassing. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance. Theft — Roseanna Angelica Kay Crosland, 24, of Mount Shasta, California. Eagle Point police arrested Crosland Thursday on a felony charge of first-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Friday on her own recognizance. Vehicle Theft — Dylan Guy Bleacher, 27, of the 2300 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Bleacher Friday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail and released Friday. Vehicle Theft — Ethan Ray Hibbard, 27, no known address. Ashland police and Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Hibbard Friday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of strangulation and fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence, coercion, reckless driving, recklessly endangering another person, second-degree disorderly conduct and third-degree theft. He was booked in the jail and released Friday on his own recognizance.
