Jackson County reports 13 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday By Staff reports Mar 07, 2021 09:04 PM A A Jackson County reported 13 new confirmed and presumptive positive cases of COVID-19 Sunday, raising local totals to 8,582 cases with 118 fatalities to date. A total of 15 patients in Jackson and Josephine Counties are hospitalized with the virus and five are in intensive care. The state reported 211 new confirmed and presumptive positive cases Sunday, bringing statewide totals to 157,285 cases with 2,296 fatalities to date. The state has 116 people in hospitals with the virus and 34 are in intensive care. A total of 26,235 vaccination doses were added to the state registry over the weekend, raising vaccination totals to 1,142,035 first and second doses.
