Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend April 21, 2006 Emergency Services Felony arrests Animal abuse — Nathan Lee Roberson, 27, of the 200 block of West Rapp Road, Talent. Roberson appeared Thursday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree animal abuse and animal abandonment. He was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Richard James Wright, 33, of the 1200 block of West Main Street, Medford. Wright appeared Thursday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of hallucinogens. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Justin Allen Hon, 22, of the 11400 block of Upper Applegate Road, Jacksonville. Medford police Thursday arrested Hon on charges of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail.
