Parcell was arrested in Eugene on Dec. 19. This week, the Medford Police Department and Crime Stoppers of Southern Oregon are looking to arrest of Tiffany Rene Barger, 20, and Emmanuel Ezekiel Jawayne Johnson, 22, both indicted on charges of identity theft. Barger and Johnson were arrested and indicted in October 2005 for identity theft. When they failed to appear in court, felony warrants were issued for their arrests with bail of $25,000 each. Barger faces an additional warrant for failure to appear on the charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants with a bail of $4,000. Barger is described as a white female, 5 feet and 6 inches tall, weighing approximately 135 pounds with blond hair and hazel eyes. She has cherries tattooed on her left hip and has pierced ears. The photo shown in today's newspaper, taken March 7, 2005, is the most recent available. Johnson is described as a black male adult, 5 feet and 8 inches tall, weighing approximately 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has "RIP JH" tattooed on his upper left arm, flames tattooed on his upper right arm, a burn scar on his abdomen and pierced ears. He may be using the alias of Manny Johnson or Emmanuel Manny. The photo shown in today's newspaper, taken Nov. 10, 2005, is the most recent available.
