A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report Wednesday of a theft of numerous items, including a Play Station 2 valued at $200. Theft — 1400 block of Euclid Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report Wednesday of a theft of a stereo and compact disks stolen from a car. The items reported stolen had an estimated value of $2,200. Vehicle theft — 1600 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report Wednesday of a theft of a 2001 Toyota Tacoma valued at $20,000. Felony arrests Theft — Linda Sue Stinnett, 49, of Allen, Texas. Stinnett appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft. She was booked into the Jackson County Jail and released. Drugs — Adam Joseph Gwinn, 21, of the 1900 block of Archer Road, Medford. Gwinn appeared in Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging him with two counts of possession of amphetamines and one charge of possession of oxycontin. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — John Dewight Smith, 25, of the 2500 block of Thorn Oak Drive, Medford. Smith appeared in Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released. Drugs — Heidi Marie Masler-Barocsi, 46, of the 800 block of Ragsdale Road, Trail. Masler-Barocsi appeared in Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released. Fire calls Training drill — 10th and King streets, Medford. The Medford fire department is doing firefighter safety and survival training in a building set for demolition. Training, which includes practice escaping from tangles of wires, moving through a maze of obstacles and rescuing injured firefighters, started earlier this week and will continue through Feb. 20.
