New Hope sends two to state meet SUTHERLIN -- New Hope Christian's Susanna Bowdoin and Bryan Wilkinson both qualified for state in Saturday's 1A District Track Meet. Bowdoin secured third-place finishes in both the 800 (2:34.1) and the 1,500 (5:17.1) to quailfy for state in both events for the girls. On the boys side, Wilkinson took home a first-place finish with a 9:58.6 in the 3,000 to qualify. The New Hope girls' team tallied fifth place with 36.5 points, while the boys came in seventh with 27 points in the 10-team invitational.
