Toews toes the line for Pilots CENTRAL POINT -- Jeremiah Toews had his bat working as the Central Point Pilots swept an American Legion A doubleheader against South County at Anhorn Field Wednesday. The Pilots improved to 11-3 on the season with a pair of five-inning victories, 13-1 and 15-5. Toews went 4-for-4 with five RBIs in the opener and came back with three more hits and two RBIs in the nightcap. K.J. Chubb also had a productive twin bill for the Pilots. Chubb tossed a four-hitter in the opener with five strikeouts. In Game 2, Chubb smacked two home runs that accounted for five RBIs.
