Medford police Monday arrested Fields on three warrants charging him with identity theft. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — William Earl Musgrave, 21, of the 600 block of Park Street, Ashland. Ashland police Monday arrested Musgrave on charges of second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, menacing and coercion. He was lodged Monday in jail on $112,500 bail. Sex-offender registration — Buchanan Zachariah McLaughlin, 28, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested McLaughlin on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender and for violating the conditions of his parole on a sex-abuse conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Michael F. Woodruff, 52, of the 200 block of Palmer Street, Cave Junction. Oregon State Police troopers Monday arrested Woodruff on a out-of-county warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Monday in jail on $15,000 bail. Drugs — Tristan Charles Wood, 28, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Wood on charges of possession of methamphetamine and heroin as well as warrants for failing to appear on charges of drug, robbery forgery and possession of body armor. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail. Driving while suspended — Russell D. Braughton, 56, of the 5700 block of Culver Road, Talent. Central Point police Sunday arrested Braughton on a felony charge of driving while suspended. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Daniel Allexx Hance, 22, of the 600 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Hance on charges of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree trespass. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Justin Sean Walking Elk, 21, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Walking Elk on a charge of possession of heroin and for failing to appear on a misdemeanor theft charge. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance.
