Medford police arrested Quintana early Thursday on two counts each of first-degree burglary and second-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $48,000 bail. Drugs — Christopher Scott Myers, 25, of the 1200 block of Plaza Boulevard, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Myers Thursday on charges of delivery and manufacture of marijuana, delivering and manufacturing a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school and possession of the drug Percocet. There also were warrants for his arrest charging him with contempt. He was jailed on $100,000 bail. Drugs — Gregory Lee Dill, 52, of the 900 block of South Oakdale Avenue, Medford. Investigators with the Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Dill Thursday on charges of possession, delivery and manufacture of amphetamine and delivering and manufacturing a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school. He was jailed on $65,000 bail. Sex crime — Kevin Lee Bratton, 23, of the 600 block of Northwood Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Bratton Thursday on seven counts of first-degree encouraging child sex abuse. He was jailed on $175,000 bail. Animal abuse — George Martin Ulrey, 57, no address listed. Sheriff’s deputies arrested Ulrey Thursday on a charge of first-degree aggravated animal abuse for allegedly wringing the neck of a cockatoo belonging to his mother. He was jailed on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Juan Rodriguez Medina, 21, of the 400 block of South Columbus Avenue, Medford. JACNET investigators arrested Rodriguez Thursday on charges of possession and delivery of amphetamine. There also were warrants for his arrest stemming from his failure to appear in court on various sex abuse charges. He was jailed without bail. Theft — Robert Lee Cox, 29, of the 1000 block of Murray Street, Medford. Cox appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Thursday on an indictment charging him with first-degree theft. He was booked in jail and released. Crime reports Burglary — 1800 block of East Evans Creek Road, Rogue River. Sheriff’s deputies Thursday took a report of a burglary at the Rogue River school district administrative offices. Students who allegedly broke into the offices were referred to Jackson County Community Justice juvenile services.
