Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend September 18, 2005 Paul Frank Warnock Sex offender hasn’t reported in 3 years It’s been nearly three years since a convicted sex offender has registered with authorities, and police want to make sure they know what he’s up to. Felon Paul Franklin Warnock, 53, was arrested in May 1996 for first-degree sexual abuse. He pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced to more than six years at the Oregon State Penitentiary. He was released in August 2002 and registered as a sex offender in November 2002. As a registered sex offender, Warnock is required by law to report his new address within 10 days of moving and within 10 days of his birthday. The last time Warnock registered was Nov. 25, 2002, with a Medford address. Because Warnock has failed to comply with the terms of his parole and has not registered a current address, the Oregon State Board of Parole and Probation has issued a felony warrant for his arrest. Warnock is described as a white male adult, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing approximately 220 pounds. He has gray hair and blue eyes and a scar on his abdomen.
