Medford police Monday arrested Medina-Mello on three counts of second-degree robbery, one count of first-degree robbery and two counts of third-degree assault. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail on $330,000 bail. Drugs — Joshua James Brisson, 31, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Brisson on charges of possession of methamphetamine, second-degree trespass and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Sunday without bail. Drugs — Natasha Marie Gourneau, 33, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Gourneau on charges of possession of heroin and methamphetamine, second-degree trespass, furnishing false information to police and for failing to appear on nine drug, theft and trespass charges. She was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Angelique Lottoyya Risley, 22, of the 600 block of Royal Avenue, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Risley on a warrant charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Mario Richard Victor Salcedo, 30, of the 700 block of Northwood Drive, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Salcedo on charges of possession of heroin, strangulation, contempt and for violating the conditions of his probation on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — Thomas Carl Ruth, 49, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Ruth on charges of possession of methamphetamine and failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Sex-offender registration — Edward Bryant Shelton, Jr., 31, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Shelton on charges of failing to register as a sex offender on his birthday and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Burglary — Charles Thomas Garwood, 28, no known address. Garwood made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of first-degree burglary. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Allen Lee Bicknell, 42, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Bicknell on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and for failing to appear on escape and resisting arrest charges. He was lodged Monday in jail on $16,500 bail. Crime reports Theft — 1400 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 7:50 a.m. Monday of the theft of miscellaneous power tools from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $2,365. Burglary — 500 block of Boardman Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 12:42 a.m. Sunday of a burglary to a residence from which a television and jewelry were stolen. The loss was valued at $2,150. Theft — 1800 block of North Keene Way Drive, Medford. Medford police took a report at 3:30 p.m. Sunday of the theft of jewelry from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $1,700. Vandalism — 2600 block of Barnett Road, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:20 a.m. Sunday of vandalism to a large lighted glass sign. The loss was valued at $1,500.
