Emergency Services, Jun 11, 2022 By Mail Tribune staff Jun 11, 2022 11:57 AM A A Felony arrests Drugs – Kristi Roseanna Abbott, 53, of the 2300 block of Merry Lane, White City. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for failing to appear for unlawful possession of methamphetamine. Abbott was released on her own recognizance. Robbery – Daysha Grace Boles, 20, of the 600 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. She was arrested by Medford police Thursday for third-degree robbery and multiple misdemeanors. Boles was released on her own recognizance. Forgery – Celeste Cyrene Davis, 43, of Vian, Oklahoma. She was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for forgery, criminal possession of a forged instrument and conspiracy to commit identity theft. Davis was released on her own recognizance. Assault – Amos Brandon DeMello, 53, of the 3400 block of Sony Way, White City. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Thursday for fourth-degree assault pertaining to domestic abuse and misdemeanors. DeMello was released on his own recognizance. Burglary – Joan Lorranine Ferguson, 29, of the 700 block of Nita Lynne, Medford. She was charged by Jackson County Circuit Court Friday for one count each of first- and second-degree burglary, first-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief and a misdemeanor. Ferguson is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $57,500 bail. Drugs – David Michael Garrett, 41, of the 100 block of Manzanita Street, Central Point. He was arrested by Medford police Friday for one count each of possession, manufacture and delivery of methamphetamine, one count each of unlawful delivery and manufacture of heroin and misdemeanors. Garrett is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $76,000 bail. Eluding – Erik Allen Jenkins, 30, of the 300 block of Sierra Way, Grants Pass. He was arrested by Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies Friday for attempting to elude police by vehicle, misdemeanors and two out-of-county warrants. Jenkins is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail. Witness tampering – David Lee Martin, 33, of no reported address, Medford. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Friday for five counts of witness tampering and conspiracy for unlawful delivery of a marijuana item. Martin is being held in the Jackson County Jail for $360,000 bail, much of which is for previous charges. Witness tampering – John Charles Weber Jr., 39, of the 5600 block of McLoughlin Drive, Central Point. He was charged by the Jackson County Circuit Court Friday for 20 counts of witness tampering, four counts of identity theft, one count of aggravated identity theft and one count of conspiracy for unlawful delivery of marijuana. Weber is being held without bail in the Jackson County Jail, based on previous charges.
