Emergency services, Nov. 3 Thursday Nov 3, 2016 at 12:05 AM Felony arrests Identity Theft — Quinton James Padilla, 26, of the 5200 block of Dark Hollow Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Padilla Wednesday on three new felony counts of identity theft, and on misdemeanor charges of second-degree theft and fraudulent use of a credit card. Jackson County sheriff's deputies originally arrested Padilla Oct. 26 on first-degree burglary and first-degree theft charges. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Tuesday without bail. Theft — Tamara Renee Snow, 38, of the 200 block of North Pine Street, Medford. Phoenix police arrested Snow Tuesday on a felony warrants charging first-degree theft and methamphetamine possession. She was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday because of overcrowding. Strangulation — Russell Danilovich Kokin, 30, of the 2100 block of Duncan Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Konkin Tuesday on felony charges of strangulation and fourth-degree assault, and on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, strangulation and harassment. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Roger Paul Wippel, 29, of the 400 block of Laurel Street, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Wippel Monday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, on misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing and providing false information to police, and on out-of-county warrants for failing to appear in court on charges of second-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and attempted unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Jonathan Dennis Roberts, 33, of the 2700 block of Falcon Street, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Roberts Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges  of resisting arrest and first-degree trespassing, on warrants for failure to appear in court on previous charges of possessing meth, second-degree burglary, first-degree theft, interfering with police and driving while suspended, and for violating his parole on a previous unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Drugs — Sarah Louise Hutchinson, 33, of the 400 block of Stevens Road, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Hutchinson Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of first-degree trespassing, resisting arrest and warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of heroin possession, second-degree theft and hit-and-run. She was booked in the jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding. Assault — Christofer Mark Davis-McCoy, 27, of the 600 block of Kylee Ann, Medford. Medford police arrested Davis-McCoy Wednesday on a felony charge of second-degree assault, misdemeanor charges of strangulation, felon in possession of a weapon and on a sanction for violating his probation on an assaulting a police officer conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Assault — Crissie Lynnette Jarrard, 43, of the 900 block of Jessica Court, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Jarrard Wednesday on a felony charge of second-degree assault, a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous meth possession charge. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $107,500 bail. Drugs — Levar Christopher Handy, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Handy Wednesday on a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine, on misdemeanor charges of of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle and second-degree trespassing, and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Unlawful Use of a Weapon — Cody Ray Watts, 23, of the 2900 block of Humbug Creek Road, Applegate. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Watts Wednesday on a felony charge of unlawful use of a weapon, misdemeanor charges of pointing a firearm at another, possessing a firearm silencer, reckless endangering and menacing. He was booked in the jail and released Wednesday because of overcrowding. Court Appearance — Ryan Douglas Welch, 40, of the 4700 block of Highway 62, Prospect. On Wednesday, Welch made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of unalwful use of a weapon. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released on his own recognizance. Identity Theft — Marissa Marlene Avera, 25, of the 800 block of Ellendale Drive, Medford. On Wednesday, Avera made a court appearance on two felony counts of identity theft, two misdemeanor counts of second-degree forgery, on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous second-degree criminal mischief charge and for violating her parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. She was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Drugs — Melinda Noel Blyly, 26, of the 2500 block of Terrmont Street, White City. Medford police arrested Blyly Wednesday on a felony warrant charging heroin possession, and on warrants for failing to appear on previous oxycodone possession charges. She was lodged in jail Wednesday on $30,000 bail. Coercion — Abdul Hahson Blair, 24, no known address. Medford police arrested Blair Wednesday on felony charges of coercion and fourth-degree assault, a misdemeanor charge of harassment and for violating his parole on a previous first-degree burglary conviction. He was lodged in jail Wednesday without bail. Crime reports Theft — 2400 block of North Pacific Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen solitaire diamond ring set in yellow gold at 8:51 a.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $8,000. Theft — 2900 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police took a report of a stolen gold dredge at 6:59 p.m. Tuesday. The loss was valued at $10,000.
