She will be greatly missed. Janie graduated from Phoenix High School and spent the majority of her life in the Rogue Valley. She is survived by her husband, Jay Sparks of Tumwater; two children, Amy (Eli) of Bend and Jason of Tumwater; sisters, Sherry Hunt of Albany, Toni Kilmek of Glendale, Ariz. , and Penny Harding of Ashland; and numerous nieces and nephews. Janie was preceded in death by her parents, Tony and Betty Kilmek. At Janie's request there is no service planned.
