The charges followed a Wednesday-evening raid at 1124 Murray Ave., where the Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force seized "dealer quantities" of heroin, cash, multiple firearms and small amounts of cocaine, ecstasy and methamphetamine. Inside the residence, rented by Terrance Jeffrey Chavers, according to MADGE, police seized two firearms, 100 grams of heroin, scales and packaging, a small amount of methamphetamine and about $16,000 in cash, a police affidavit said. Another gun was found in Chavers' vehicle. In an outbuilding on the property rented by Brent Christopher Espinosa, 26, and Nicole Cherie Paul, 26, MADGE found three firearms, including one with an obliterated serial number, several grams of heroin, drug paraphernalia, a baggie of cocaine and two ecstasy pills, court documents said. According to affidavits, Espinosa and Paul were in the room with Joseph Saun Kim, 22, and Dallas Channel Roush, 22, at the time of the search. Roush, who does not have a concealed weapons permit, allegedly had a firearm in her purse, police said. The five who have entered not guilty pleas on felony charges are:  Chavers, 27, for charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and two  counts of felon in possession of a firearm. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail for violating his parole on a previous heroin distribution conviction, according to jail records. Espinosa, 26, for charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine, three counts of felon in possession of a firearm and obliterating a firearm ID number. He was lodged in the jail Friday without bail for violating his parole on a previous methamphetamine possession conviction. Paul, 28, for charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine, three counts of felon in possession of a firearm and obliterating a firearm ID number. She remained lodged in jail Friday without bail for violating her parole on a previous heroin possession conviction and on a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a previous misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police. Kim, 22, for charges of possessing methamphetamine, obliterating a firearm ID number and two felony counts of felon in possession of a firearm. He remained lodged in the jail Friday without bail for violating his parole on a previous unauthorized use of a motor vehicle conviction. Roush, 22, for charges of obliterating a firearm ID number and a misdemeanor charge of unlawful possession of a firearm. She remained lodged in the jail Friday on $26,000 bail. Drug charges have also been filed against three others in the case who have yet to be arraigned, according to an indictment filed by the Jackson County District Attorney's office. Sebastian Jay Silva, 19, faces felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin.  Adrienne Elaine St. Range, 27, faces a felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. Rudolph Edward Ortiz, 33, faces felony charges of felon in possession of a firearm and possessing methamphetamine.
