Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend September 21, 2005 Emergency services Felony arrests Identity theft — Jeffrey Todd Carlson, 44, no address available. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Monday arrested Carlson on charges of identity theft, second-degree forgery and violating the conditions of his parole from a previous identity theft conviction. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Robbie Francis Lowden, 32, of the 900 block of Royal Court, Medford. A Medford police officer Monday arrested Lowden on a warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged jail without bail. Identity theft — Julie Lynn Morningstar, 47, of the 4300 block of South Pacific Highway, Phoenix. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Morningstar on nine counts of identity theft and eight counts of mail theft. She was lodged in jail without bail. Burglary — Travis Jon Brummett, 20, of the 8600 block of Blackwell Road, Central Point. Brummett appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Aggravated theft — Jerry Bruce Shell, 65, of the 1500 block of Grand Avenue, Medford. Shell appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with first-degree aggravated theft. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Aggravated theft — Joy Lynn Shell, 46, of the 1500 block of Grand Avenue, Medford. Shell appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with first-degree aggravated theft. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Michelle Lee Spurlock, 34, of the 6000 block of Foley Lane, Central Point. Spurlock appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Edward Jay Spurlock, 36, of the 6000 block of Foley Lane, Central Point. Spurlock appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with manufacturing marijuana and possession of marijuana. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance.
