Emergency services, Sept. 23 Saturday Sep 23, 2017 at 8:00 AM Felony arrests Drugs — Rogelio Salas Ybarra, 37, of the 2700 block of Falcon Street, White City. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Ybarra Friday on additional felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine. MADGE officers originally arrested Ybarra Tuesday for violating his probation on a prior first-degree theft conviction. He remained lodged in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Marcella Faye Melgoza, 28, of the 1400 block of Prune Street, Medford. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Melgoza Friday on additional felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine. MADGE officers originally arrested Melgoza Tuesday on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of identity theft, possessing heroin, possessing meth, possessing cocaine, first-degree criminal mischief, possessing a forged instrument, hindering prosecution, hit-and-run, driving while suspended, first-degree forgery, resisting arrest, negotiating a bad check and second-degree theft. She remained lodged in jail Friday on $620,000 bail. Vehicle Theft — Ovie Lee Maheu, 21, of the 200 block of North First Street, Talent. Talent police arrested Maheu Thursday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released Friday on his own recognizance. Supplying Contraband — Tyson Matthew Wallis, 32, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies arrested Wallis Thursday on felony charges of supplying contraband and possessing methamphetamine, a warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior heroin-possession charge, on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior heroin-possession conviction. He remained lodged in jail Friday without bail. Animal Abuse — Tabari Leteef Hayes, 39, of the 500 block of North Riverside Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Hayes Thursday on two felony counts of aggravated first-degree animal abuse, and on misdemeanor charges of first-degree animal neglect and abandoning an animal. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $50,000 bail. Rape — James Leeland Savage, 29, of the 7800 block of Andrea Drive, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Savage Thursday on felony charges of first-degree rape, first-degree sodomy, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration, first-degree sexual abuse and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $1 million bail. Sexual Abuse — Jesse Craig Ellis, 38, of the 7800 block of Andrea Drive, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Ellis Thursday on felony charges of first-degree sexual abuse, conspiring to commit first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree unlawful sexual penetration and misdemeanor counts of second-degree invasion of personal privacy and possessing methamphetamine. He remained lodged in jail Friday on $1 million bail. Assault — Carl Aden Bryning, 43, of the 200 block of Tracy Avenue, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Bryning Thursday on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was lodged in jail Friday on $25,000 bail. Drugs — Austin Jaymz Meyer, 22, of the 200 block of Berrydale Avenue, Medford. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Meyer Friday on felony charges of possessing heroin and methamphetamine, and for violating his parole on a prior first-degree theft charge. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Jose Antonio Garcia, 27, no known address. Medford police and Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Garcia Friday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine and on a sanction for violating his probation on a prior first-degree theft conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — Tania Marie Boyd, 30, of the 1000 block of Mt Pitt Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Boyd Friday on a felony charge of possessing heroin, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of second-degree theft. She was lodged in jail Friday on $15,000 bail. Drugs — Joshua Joshiea Beachler, 37, no known address. Medford police arrested Beachler Saturday on felony charges of manufacturing, delivering and possessing cocaine, and felon in possession of restricted weapons. He was lodged in jail Friday on $52,500 bail. Vehicle Theft — Donal Lee Anderson Jr., 47, of the 300 block of West First Street, Phoenix. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Anderson Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and first-degree theft, felony warrants for possessing heroin and methamphetamine, misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing and second- and third-degree theft, and for violating his parole on a prior identity-theft conviction. He was lodged in jail Saturday without bail. Endangering Protected Person — Gary Allen Snow, 45, of the 1000 block of North Fifth Street, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Snow Friday on a felony warrant charging him with endangering a person protected under the Family Abuse Prevention Act, a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous charge of possessing methamphetamine, and on warrants for violating his probation on prior charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and attempted second-degree assault. He was lodged in jail Friday on $22,500 bail. Drugs — Mark Allen Atkins, 41, no known address. Medford police and the Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Atkins Saturday on felony charges of delivering and possessing methamphetamine and possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of tampering with evidence, and for violating his parole on a previous meth-delivery conviction. Ashland police arrested Pulcini Friday on felony charges of manufacturing and delivering heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, manufacturing and delivering methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school, possessing heroin, possessing methamphetamine, possessing a Schedule I controlled substance, felon in possession of a firearm and a misdemeanor count of possessing a Schedule IV controlled substance.
