Rum Rebellion at Club 66 May 01, 2014 12:00 AM A A Portland's Rum Rebellion plays a mix of traditional Irish songs, sea shanties and punk rock in the vein of Flogging Molly, Dropkick Murphys and The Pogues. The band — Dave Noise (acoustic guitar and vocals), Greg Warner (electric guitar and vocals), Jimmy Turner (accordion), Tyler Bennett (tin whistle), Alex Garnero (bass) and Jon Cummings (drums) — is working on new songs for its third, full-length album, which the band hopes to release by the end of 2014. The show starts at 5 p.m. Sunday, May 4, at Club 66, 1951 Ashland St., Ashland, and will include Total Chaos from Pomona Valley, Calif., and Medford's Repellent. The cover costs $5.
