A Jackson County Narcotics Enforcement Team agent Tuesday arrested Kroeger on charges of delivering amphetamines and possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $15,000 bail. Drugs — Jose Guadalupe Anaya, 23, of the 400 block of Murphy Way, Medford. Anaya appeared Tuesday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Chad Thomas Siebrecht, 25, of the 1000 block of Stewart Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday arrested Siebrecht on a warrant charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail without bail. Vehicle theft — Rhonda Sue Norton, 20, of the 11100 block of Butte Falls Highway, Eagle Point. Norton appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with unlawful use of a vehicle. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Alecia Marie Cohen, 25, of the 5200 block of Rainbow Drive, Central Point. Cohen appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possession of amphetamines. She was booked into jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Anthony Louis Odear, 35, of the 7500 block of Gladstone Avenue, White City. Odear appeared Tuesday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with delivering marijuana. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Advertisement Drugs, weapons — Robert Paul Thomas, 30, of the 100 block of Dehague Street, Medford. A Medford police officer late Monday arrested Thomas on charges of possession of amphetamines, being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, driving with a suspended license and a parole violation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $10,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — First block of Foots Creek Road, Rogue River. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report of a burglary in which someone stole items from a home. Theft — 3300 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. A sheriff’s deputy Tuesday took a report of a theft in which a travel trailer valued at $4,000 was stolen. Vandalism — 1100 block of West Second Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a vandalism in which $5,450 in damage was done to a vehicle. Vehicle theft — 200 block of North Oakdale Avenue, Medford. A Medford police officer Tuesday took a report of a theft in which a white 1985 Toyota Celica valued at $250 was stolen. Miscellaneous Jail releases — A total of 101 inmates were released last week from the Jackson County Jail to meet its court-ordered cap of 230 inmates. Of those, 51 were released before their scheduled court appearances, 10 were granted an early release from a sentence and 40 were released for miscellaneous reasons.
