RoseBud Superstar: Tabarjah Neal By Teresa Standstipher May 13, 2021 08:00 AM A A Poetry Out Loud is a national competition where kids from across the U.S. compete by picking out a poem, memorizing it, and then reciting it for judges. Tabarjah Neal has never been a fan of public speaking, but last year she pushed herself to new limits which led her this year to claim the state title. Helping pave the way for others to do the same, Tabarjahs courage and drive to “just go for it” is why she’s our newest RoseBud Superstar!
