Emergency services, Nov. 13 By Kevin Opsahl Nov 13, 2022 12:15 AM A A Felony arrests Fugitive — Billy Don Shelton, 37, of the 700 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Shelton Thursday on a warrant as a fugitive from Arkansas. Shelton was lodged into Jackson County Jail without bail. Criminal trespass — Jeremy Curtis Tweedy, 36, no known address. Jackson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tweedy Thursday on charges of first-degree criminal trespass, resisting arrested and violating a restraining order. Tweedy was lodged into jail without bail. Theft — Crystal Marie Waldon, 44, of the 30 block of Detrick Drive, Medford. On Thursday, Waldon made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of first-degree theft and was sentenced to home detention.
