Easter Seals in search of volunteers Easter Seals Oregon is seeking energetic volunteers over the age of 16 who would like to work with disabled children and adults. Help is needed for the program Saturday R&R, an event for children and their non-disabled siblings. Activities include arts, crafts, sports, games and special events. The program takes place the first and third Saturday of every month from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the "Teen Shack" in Medford. Volunteers also are needed to help with First Saturday, a monthly event for adults with disabilities. The program takes place at the Santo Community Center the first Saturday of every month from 8 to 11 p.m. Volunteers are needed to chaperone dances, movies and games. No experience is necessary; training is available.
